For orders being returned from outside the European Union (EU) due to refusal to pay customs charges, we wish to inform you that the standard delivery rate applicable to your country will be deducted from your refund. This policy ensures fairness and clarity in the handling of international returns, where additional costs are incurred by us due to refused deliveries.

Please note, this condition applies specifically to instances where the refusal to accept delivery is due to non-payment of VAT or Duty charges, and not applicable to returns based on product dissatisfaction or defects.

Orders up to €150 / £135 to the UK WILL NOT incur any additional VAT or Duty charges.

Delivery times

Our aim is to dispatch orders the same day if ordered before 1:00pm and over 99% of orders are dispatched within this time frame. We use DPD Couriers for all orders dispatched by us.

Weekends & Public Holidays do not count as Business days so your order will not be delivered during these times. 

Exclusions

We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel motels.

These orders will be cancelled and refunded.
